great location convenient train nice bathroom needed paintwork dim hallway street noise

the location is great. It is close to the train and festival hall. Walking to the cbd IS easy. the room had a good size and a nice bathroom.

walls needed some patching and paintwork. HALLWAYS were very dim and tired looking. i could hear the street noise from cars.
